You are going to need a new camera system like the Furrion Vision S with a 4.3" Monitor # FOS43TASF or 5" Monitor # FOS05TASF. Furrion discontinued your FRC12TA-BL when they changed the way their cameras and monitors communicate. Because of this you have to upgrade both the monitor and camera.
The 4.3" version will work with the single monitor while the 5" kit will also allow you to add and connect Side Cameras # FCE48TASL.

To replace the landing gear on your 2010 NorthRidge 320 RLQ you should be able to use the Landing Gear Set w/ Handle # RVLG-8HDL which has an 8,000 lbs weight rating and a 36-1/2" lift. While I don't know exactly what landing gear your RV currently has, you can verify fitment by simply measuring between your weld stops. If they measure 15-1/2" apart on the inside (17-1/2" on the outside) then this landing gear will definitely fit.
